Eligibility for Returns

Only unopened products in their original condition are eligible for return.

Return Timeline

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations. This timeline also applies to customers in Switzerland.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided it meets the eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Store Credit and Exchanges

In addition to refunds, store credit may be issued at the customer’s request. Exchanges are not available at this time.
